Bailey Draper Custom Homes is a Christian owned and operated business by Bailey Draper of Roanoke, Texas. Bailey has been building custom homes and executive office buildings since 1991.   He has lived in the Mid-Cities since 1976.

     As a registered builder with the TRCC of Texas, we have built homes and/or offices in the cities of: Argyle, Arlington, Bartonville, Bedford, Colleyville, Coppell, Chico, Euless, Flower Mound, Ft. Worth, Grapevine, Henrietta, Keller, Muenster, Southlake and Westlake.

     We have built homes in the surrounding counties on private properties and ranches in the counties of: Clay, Denton, Montague, Tarrant and Wise. We will travel hours from the metroplex to serve the needs of the individual client.

     We are not spec builders. On the contrary, we exclusively build your home or office on your lot. We are a cost -plus builder that has built a business by getting to know our clients on a more personal level. We feel that one of our strongest points is people. We love to work with people. We will not scream, holler or use profane language at you or our sub-contractors. We value everyone as as intregal part of the process. We want everyone to believe that we are all part of a team and that we are all working towards the same goal.   From computer bookkeeping, copies of paid receipts, to answers given, we believe that honesty and openness is the only way to conduct business.

         We have built our business on personal attention and availability to the client throughout the process.  We believe that communication is the #1 key to a successful relationship. Bailey can be reached at anytime of the day or night during the construction process. He personally attends to the overseeing of the construction and completion of each job.
