In 1998, my wife and I purchased a lot in Coppell to build our dream house.  Once the plans were completed, it became apparent that the builder was too busy to start our house.  Eventually, we convinced him to sell us the land and allow us to later choose our own builder.  In 2002, we began in earnest to interview several reputable builders in Coppell.  Still unsure who to choose, our architect suggested talking to Bailey Draper.  After much thought and prayer, we decided Bailey Draper would be our builder.  It didn’t take us long to realize our prayers had been answered. 

Bailey Draper made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.  He was honest, reliable, and made great suggestions to some design changes.  His accessibility made a huge difference and he was always there to answer any questions.  In addition, it was evident that he was highly regarded by his subcontractors and that he picked the best, most skilled workmen for the job.  It showed in the results.  We’ve had many people compliment us on our home and ask who built it.  We could not have been happier with it.  His after completion service has equaled his attentiveness during our building process.
