In 1994, we chose Bailey Draper Custom Homes to build our home in Colleyville, Texas, and it was a great experience.  My husband, who is a “numbers guy,” got 2 other quotes and sat down and compared the quotes “apples to apples.”  In the end, we felt Bailey was our guy; and we were not disappointed.  Bailey is a hand’s on guy.  He was easy to work with and had a great rapport with his subs, who highly respect him.  Bailey is a very honest man who is always available for questions or advice.
